Our final award tonight may come as a surprise to Joe but this Federation wished to recognise Joe's unstinting work as a discipline Friend and Area Secretary by making this award for the long years of service Joe has given to the Federation.

Joe regularly travels the length and breadth of the country performing Federation duties often with very little thanks for his invaluable role as a friend. As a Federation we would like you to accept this award as a token of appreciation for all the work you carry out.
