Cyclists invited to take part in police charity fundraiser

If you like spending time on two wheels, the Police Treatment Centres charity has a fundraising event that will be right up your cycle path.

The Back on the Beat Cycle Sportive returns for a second year on Sunday 20 May 2018. The event offers two routes; a 50km intermediate and a more challenging 99.9km route (classified GRADE 3 by the British Cycling Sportive grading system). Both start and finish at St Andrews, the Police Treatment Centre in Harrogate, North Yorkshire.

This year the Sportive raised £13,407.61 and the charity wants to beat that target in 2018.

Entry fees for the ride are:

99.9km - £25

50km - £20

Fundraising entry is £15 with a commitment to raise a minimum of £100.
