Conference 2003
The Annual Federation Conference is due to take place at the
Peterborough Moat House Hotel on Wednesday 26th March 2003. John Spellar Minister for Transport will be attending. Any member wishing to attend should note that entry will be on production of a Warrant Card.
Items Under Discussion
- Working Time Directive
We have submitted a draft agreement on Working Time Directive to Force Headquarters and are currently awaiting a response.
- Disability at Work Act
We are currently urging the Force to adopt the principles of the Disability at Work Act prior to its effective date of commencement in 2004.
- Force Restructuring
The next Federation Elections will be held in 2004. The current Force
Restructuring of Area's will be reflected in the Federation structure from the date of these elections.
