Pay Dispute

On Monday 15th September both sides met at the offices of A.C.A.S. to try and resolve the dispute via conciliation.

We reiterated our offer to negotiate any item as long as pay was not withheld.

The Force refused to change their stance and now the matter progresses to further Conciliation to agree terms of reference for arbitration. The next meetings are scheduled to take place on the 7th and 8th October.
