Toil Agreement For Transferees

At the Chief Officers Group on 09/12/2003 the decision was taken that transferees would not be eligible for T.O.I.L. compensation. Whilst we are pursuing the matter through our Machinery of Negotiation members affected by this decision are advised to try and seek reimbursement through their previous Force. If unsuccessful can they advise the Federation Office at Dulwich.
