The recent atrocity in Central London tested the resolve and commitment of the British Transport Police to respond and deal with a major terrorist incident.
This Federation wishes to record its admiration for the dedication and individual acts of heroism shown by officers from the British Transport Police and indeed the whole of the emergency services.
The Federation office has been inundated with enquiries and messages of support from Police Federations and individual officers from throughout the world.
Our thoughts are with the families and friends of victims of the atrocity including the family of Fiona Stevenson a young Criminal Lawyer at the Federation Solicitor, Reynolds Dawson, who is still missing.
