Police Pay Dispute Update

The jointly funded application to seek a Judicial Review of the Home Secretaries actions in relation to the 2007 pay award was given permission in the High Court yesterday to proceed.

Mr Justice Collins said that he had no hesitation in finding that the Federation had a case for a Judicial Review.
