Industrial Rights - Survey Results

The results for the recently conducted survey on Industrial Rights are as follows: -

1. Do you think the decision of the Independent Police Arbitration Tribunal should be binding on Government?

   YES 97.7%
   NO 2.3%

2. In the absence of binding arbitration on the Government do you wish the Federation to start to lobby for a change in legislation to allow police officers full Industrial Rights?

   YES 95.2%
   NO 4.8%

This closely mirrors the results of England and Wales poll and strongly backs the call for binding Arbitration.
