A failure to agree has been registered at the Police Negotiating Board meeting held on the 23rd July.

This follows a one year offer of 2.325% from the official side.

Once again this will now progress to the Independent Police Arbitration Tribunal for adjudication.

Hopefully this year we will not witness the underhand and deceitful tactics employed by the Government in overruling last years Arbitration ruling.
