Farewell From Graham Naughton
After 19 years as a delegate and 15 years as North East Area Secretary I have decided to relinquish my Federation Role to concentrate on my role at the Force Football Unit. I have been proud to serve as a delegate in the organisation for so many years through so many challenging times. The relationship between the Federation - The Force - and its members is built on dialogue. If no dialogue is in place then no progress can be made.
During my time as a delegate in the North East Area and latterly Management Committee Member I feel that I have more than made a contribution. I have been involved in The Federation Lottery which has made donations to many worthy causes not to mention worthy winners, the current 8 Area Board arrangement and the inception of increased communication with the members to mention but a few things.I thank everyone for their support during this time.
