Federation Open Meeting

The Federation Open Meeting took place in London on Monday 26^th November 2001. The turn out was very poor considering the threat that the Police service is under from Government. A full briefing including copies of the speech made by the National Chairman, the Chief Constable and a summary of the questions and answers will be in the next issue.
