LEGAL REPRESENTATION

Following the decision to employ Catherine Ridley as our in-house solicitor responsible for all civil claims including employment and personal injury matters in England and Wales, we can report that the trial period has been successful with in excess of £200.000 in compensation being recovered for members.

It should be noted that personal injury claims whilst OFF DUTY will also be considered for Federation legal assistance.
