CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

Due to the numerous sources of Conditions of Service and the variation in their application and interpretation from Area to Area we have proposed that a joint working party be set up to produce British Transport Police Regulations which in effect will mirror Police Regulations with certain exceptions due to British Transport Police being a National Force i.e. Redundancy and Resettlement and Movement of Officers Agreements.
